Own requirements gathering and documentation for technology solutions within the General Counsel Portfolio, collaborating closely with senior business stakeholders in Audit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and related functions.
Influence and advise stakeholders at all levels to define and agree on project requirements and desired solutions.
Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams including solution architects, UX designers, and product owners to ensure solutions meet business needs, and assist with user testing and sprint activities.
Minimum Requirements
7-10+ years of business analysis experience delivering business and technology solutions.
Bachelor's degree required (B.E./B.Tech/MBA/M.C.A/Any other Bachelor's Degree).
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as JIRA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
