Manage all aspects of technical projects including goals, scope, resources, budget, workflows, dependencies, communications, risks, and governance.
Execute and track projects within an agile/SAFe environment ensuring alignment with roadmaps, budgets, and performance KPIs for medium to large, cross-team multi-year initiatives.
Define project metrics, analyze team performance data, communicate status to executives, and implement continuous improvement measures.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
6-10 years of experience managing technical projects and priorities.
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in project management of technical projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large, cross-team, multi-year projects in an agile software development environment.
Experience collaborating with offshore agile teams and coordinating across multiple business/product lines.
Strong technical aptitude with understanding of product features/functions and familiarity with technology stacks, preferably in automotive or related industries.
