About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Drive solution design, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices for enterprise-grade applications.
- Mentor developers and manage technical initiatives from design through production support, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Java backend development with leadership of technical teams or complex engineering initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST API design.
- Ability to mentor engineers and enforce high engineering standards.
- Work mode is hybrid, requiring presence at client office in Vadodara.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving technical architecture and design decisions for enterprise applications.
- Capable of managing end-to-end backend service delivery including mentoring and cross-team collaboration.
- Preferably has domain knowledge in Payments/FinTech and familiarity with messaging technologies like Apache Kafka.
