Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications focusing on quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Manage end-to-end Salesforce project development including requirement elicitation, coding (Apex, LWC), unit testing, and troubleshooting bugs.
Ensure non-functional requirements like security and integrity of Salesforce applications are met, and provide technical documentation and training.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce application design and development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Bachelor's degree in Technology (BE/B.Tech) or related fields; MBA or MCA also acceptable.
Salesforce platform developer and app builder certifications are desired but not mandated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle with hands-on coding and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to liaise with clients and business analysts to gather CRM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiar with adhering to development timelines and project-specific methodologies in dynamic, consulting environments.
