Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA FICA migration and conversion activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and Hypercare.
Manage key FICA processes such as contract accounts, payments, dunning, interest, returns, security deposits, write-offs, and FI-GL integration.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams; conduct fit-gap analysis, requirement workshops, and provide post-production support.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years total experience with strong hands-on SAP FICA implementation and configuration expertise.
Must have experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion and Business Partner conversion.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Experience Required: 9+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex SAP FICA integrations with FI-CO, SD, and BRIM modules and in data migration tools like LTMC, LSMW, and BAPIs.
Strong operational ownership of end-to-end SAP FICA migration lifecycle including testing, cutover, and live support phases.
Experienced in Utilities, Telecom, Insurance, Public Sector, or Subscription business domains is preferred.
