Partner and influence architects, engineers, and product managers to drive technical strategies including cloud readiness, application modernization, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Oversee software development lifecycle, security standards, technology risk mitigation, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of management or leadership experience in engineering or related teams.
Cloud certification on Azure or GCP is required.
Work experience in banking or regulated industries is preferred; delivery experience in large-scale, complex environments required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership managing engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, or platform teams at enterprise scale with a focus on cloud and hybrid-cloud software delivery.
Strong strategic and technical expertise across DevOps, SDLC, SRE, automation, orchestration, and modern platform capabilities including AI/ML-enabled software delivery improvements.
Experienced in stakeholder management, communication of technical strategies to senior leadership, and talent development in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment.
