Collaborate with HR, Finance, vendors and stakeholders to handle reconciliations, reporting, audits, and continuous payroll and benefits process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BBA in Human Resources preferred) from a reputed institute.
2–5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, specifically handling Indian payroll operations.
Strong knowledge of India payroll statutory requirements and benefits practices.
Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS platforms, MS Excel, and experience supporting audit and compliance activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has experience working in multinational or complex organizational payroll environments with India-specific knowledge.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage multiple payroll and benefits processes with accuracy.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally between HR, Finance, external vendors, and employees to resolve issues and drive process standardization.
