Support the Global Corporate Strategy team by researching and analyzing JLL's competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and leadership briefings.
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research and analysis to identify transformative revenue growth opportunities and white spaces in current and adjacent commercial real estate markets.
Collaborate with Corporate Development, Product, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, and executive teams to recommend strategies to increase shareholder value.
Minimum Requirements
7 - 10 years experience in strategy, market research, competitive intelligence, or consulting at a top-tier firm.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or Masters preferred.
Proficiency with leading research databases including PitchBook, D&B Hoovers, Cap IQ, Preqin, AlphaSense, and Factiva; familiarity with real estate-specific databases like MSCI RCA, Oxford Economics Construction, Verdantix is highly desirable.
Location: On-site in Gurugram, India; Work Experience Required: 7 - 10 years in relevant fields.
