Lead the Quality Management work package in the global SAP S/4HANA implementation, integrating multiple eQMS platforms and digital quality systems.
Define, harmonize, and optimize digital quality processes and system interfaces across manufacturing, distribution sites, and headquarters with focus on compliance and efficiency.
Drive AI-enabled quality innovations and establish data governance standards for quality data within the digital ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
Academic degree (Bachelor or higher) in Quality Management, Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital quality, SAP S/4HANA, or eQMS implementation in a global environment.
Experience as SAP superuser focusing on QM-related processes and experience with eQMS platforms like Polarion or TrackWise.
Minimum 3–5 years in regulated Quality Management Systems; ISO 13485 preferred; fluent English; knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, MDR, GxP, FDA 21 CFR).
