Lead Basel capital analytics projects including impact assessments of new products, regulatory change analyses, and capital optimization initiatives.
Develop and maintain analytical frameworks and business requirements to quantify and support compliance with Basel III Endgame and U.S. capital rules.
Provide strategic insights to management by evaluating regulatory capital positions, performing data analysis, and supporting quantitative impact studies (QIS).
Minimum Requirements
Advanced knowledge of U.S. capital rules and Basel III Endgame framework including risk management aspects.
Proficient in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in banking or financial services with advanced knowledge of capital markets and products.
