Manage and update shareholder database in the transfer agency system with accuracy.
Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches ensuring compliance.
Respond to client and intermediary queries and assist with AML compliance and reporting tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
Experience: Approximately 1 year in transfer agency, fund administration, or financial services preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with transfer agency systems is a plus.
Location: Preferable Mumbai; willing to work any shift including night shifts.
