Lead and sustain implementation of the Danaher Business System across a newly formed R&D organization focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Partner with global and IDC-based leaders to improve new product development execution and drive measurable business impact through DBS tools and innovation practices.
Manage a DBS roadmap linking business needs to practical improvement initiatives, including coaching leaders and facilitating kaizen events to ensure sustained results.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related technical discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in product development, R&D leadership, program management, or innovation excellence; 10+ years required if holding a master's degree.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformational initiatives in R&D, innovation, or regulated product development environments.
On-site role based in IDC, Bengaluru; proven ability to apply DBS or equivalent continuous improvement methods to new product development and innovation processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in deploying DBS, Lean Product Development, Lean Six Sigma, and related continuous improvement tools within life sciences, medical devices, or regulated environments.
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Background in molecular diagnostics, healthcare technology, or similar fields, with a strategic focus on integrating innovation with business impact.
