Design, build, and scale production-grade AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows to improve engineering and product development processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver AI solutions that measurably enhance productivity, product quality, traceability, and speed to market.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
14+ years of experience developing enterprise software solutions using Python, C#, Java, or similar languages in the medical device industry.
Experience with AI applications using LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, and cloud AI services (Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent).
Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and international; valid driver’s license required; physical ability to lift/move up to 25lb.
