Own preparation and analysis of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP, including detailed accounting memos and variance commentaries.
Perform reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation tasks to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
Contribute to finance transformation programs by acting as Finance Change BA, involving SDLC or Agile methodologies and controls testing.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements monthly, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
Experience in finance transformation programs such as ERP implementations, system migrations, or automation initiatives.
Familiarity with controls testing and finance process design/testing.
Education: Any Graduate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating with business stakeholders, front office, risk, and operations for resolving transaction issues and reporting.
Skilled in documenting business requirements for large scale transformation programs and preparing various test cases including Unit, System Integration, and UAT testing.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is an added advantage but not mandatory.
