Manage Business-as-Usual (BAU) delivery of client reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with client and business requirements and driving issue resolution.
Lead and coordinate change initiatives involving cross-functional teams through project delivery, User Acceptance Testing, and governance, focusing on sustainable improvements and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years experience in Business Operations, Service Delivery, or Business Transformation within Fund Administration, Asset Management, or Investment Banking domain.
Degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, or related discipline; MBA with Engineering background preferred.
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); familiarity with JIRA.
Active use of AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate) and certifications like NCFM, Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
