Lead and manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations including platform stability, incident management, audit compliance, and automation to deliver secure and scalable identity services.
Own IAM service delivery and operational risk posture with focus on reduction of manual tasks, service desk dependency, and incident recurrence.
Provide team leadership, coaching, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Security, HR, IT Risk, and Infrastructure teams to support enterprise-wide IAM needs.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years experience in IAM, security operations or identity platform operations with 5+ years in leadership or team management roles.
Proven experience managing IAM services at enterprise scale, including operations, audits (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI), and third-party/vendor management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
Work Experience Required: 3-6 years as per summary, 8-12 years detailed in description; Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree; Certifications (CISSP, CISM) desirable but not mandatory; Onsite/location: Pune (implied due to job title).

Experienced IAM leader with strong operational management, ITSM knowledge, and ability to drive automation and self-service in enterprise environments.
Skilled in stakeholder communication, audit compliance, risk management, and capable of technical troubleshooting with executive presence.
Familiar with complex IAM environments including multi-region, multi-directory setups, privileged access management, and identity-centric security frameworks (Zero Trust).
