Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects including Greenfield and Brownfield SAP S/4HANA Finance deployments.
Manage requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, business blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Oversee functional teams and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 20 years of SAP FICO consulting experience including multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong functional knowledge in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
Education: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, or MCA.
Experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading both Greenfield and Brownfield SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects from scratch.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client engagements within large enterprise transformation programs.
Holds or is pursuing SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification with a strong consulting track record in complex project delivery.
