Lead and own the Americas LSC project portfolio and PMO governance, including strategic initiatives like customer onboarding, portfolio transformations, and supply chain optimization.

Serve as program leader for critical end-to-end supply chain initiatives ensuring successful delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transformation, or Project Leadership.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Work location: Bangalore with working hours between 5 PM and 1:30 AM IST.
Strong expertise required in portfolio management, governance, change management, and value delivery.
