Lead and execute surveillance control testing and governance activities aligned with Enterprise Surveillance Standards to identify and mitigate key risks in Growth.
Provide QA through peer and tollgate reviews, coach team members, and drive timely resolution of issues and emerging risks in Growth processes.
Manage SIAM/role profile governance for Growth, ensuring controlled and well-documented access/role profile decisions and plan strategic initiatives including process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with minimum 4+ years in Financial Services industry in reporting, governance, risk management, audit, compliance, or Growth experience; or 6+ years without a degree.
Minimum 2+ years of Audit, Testing, Surveillance experience.
Minimum 3+ years of experience with consumer banking laws and regulations.
Work timing includes availability between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time aligned with US Eastern hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing, documenting, and executing control testing and surveillance in a financial services growth or compliance context.
Skilled in stakeholder communication and managing multiple priorities within matrix teams across India and US time zones.
Familiar with governance elements such as process maps, CTCs, CTQs, Process Universe, and risk/control analysis specific to Growth or Supplier Management.
