Lead development and delivery of manufacturing diagnostics and tools for Everpure Direct Flash Module product line.
Manage software engineering team activities including hiring, monitoring, and motivating members, while staying hands-on in development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing test teams to meet roadmap goals and ensure high-quality delivery on tight schedules.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
3+ years of technical lead or management experience with hands-on development involvement.
5+ years of Linux kernel or protocol development experience in servers, networking, or storage, ideally on x86 NUMA systems.
Experience with NVMe, NFS, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, SCSI protocols; proficiency in C/C++ and scripting (python/shell).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end software development life cycle and delivering products on schedule in a product company environment.
Skilled in collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams and prioritizing software requirements while identifying dependencies and roadblocks.
