Design and build enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related platforms from initial business problem to governed production solution.

Develop integrations with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform components ensuring security, monitoring, and cost control.

Lead solution design including architecture, governance, pipelines (CI/CD), measurement, and coaching developers while communicating technical trade-offs to clients.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or related field.

4–8 years in software delivery with 4+ years on Microsoft stack; minimum 18 months hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and at least one AI agent deployed in production.

Strong expertise in Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, custom connectors), and Azure services (Microsoft Entra ID, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, networking).

Experience with integration patterns (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks), CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and solution architecture including non-functional requirements and client recommendations.

Experienced technologist comfortable navigating end-to-end AI agent delivery on Microsoft platforms, balancing build and solution shaping across multiple clients and industries.

Competent in technical governance, cost/risk justification, and operational metrics for AI agents in production environments.

Able to translate complex technical details into clear guidance for developers and client stakeholders, supporting proposal and demo preparation.
