Lead end-to-end requirements discovery and analysis for complex mobile application initiatives on iOS and Android platforms.
Own and translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and journey maps to guide mobile app design, development, and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, UX/UI, engineering, security, and architecture to define mobile and API integration requirements and use mobile analytics to prioritize and measure impact.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience as a Business Analyst with proven delivery of complex digital or mobile initiatives.
Experience leading BA activities for mobile programs on iOS and Android (native or cross-platform).
Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Experienced in handling large-scale, complex mobile application projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
