Validate transporter invoices including data accuracy, service confirmation, rate verification, and posting in SAP.
Manage invoice deviations, escalations from customers, vendors, and transporters, ensuring resolution.
Perform reconciliation, monthly provisioning, GST & TDS query handling, daily KPI monitoring, and monthly freight cost MIS reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in invoice processing or similar role.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting.
Proficient in SAP invoice posting and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
Knowledge of accounting databases, record keeping, and tax verification (GST & TDS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in logistics invoice verification with hands-on SAP experience and strong attention to detail.
Capable of handling escalations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders including transporters, customers, and tax teams.
Comfortable working with KPIs, reconciliations, and monthly reporting in a structured environment.
