Lead technical solutioning including requirements elicitation, gap fitment analysis, and architecture design for Salesforce implementations.
Mentor junior team members on design, development, integration, and administration of Salesforce solutions, and monitor project delivery and solution quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects, supporting pre-sales activities and Agile project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with expertise in implementation consulting, design, configuration, development, and support.
Engineering graduate degree required.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Data Loader, and Lightning.
Experience with Agile methodology and conducting scrum forums.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven technical leadership capability in complex Salesforce projects including pre-sales and delivery roles.
Experience working in dynamic, multi-geographic and cross-functional team environments managing multiple projects.
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1 & 2 preferred (desired, not mandatory).
