Manage and develop infrastructure engineering teams responsible for critical IT infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring effective operation and risk mitigation.
Lead strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution of infrastructure projects including network and communication implementations, with accountability for meeting business objectives and budgets.
Oversee critical security infrastructure services (DDI, Authentication, Encryption, PKI, Key Management) and collaborate with cybersecurity, technology, and business units to deliver secure and compliant information protection solutions.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience and 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
18+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in senior management roles leading large engineering teams within a large enterprise (preferably banking/financial services).
Strong knowledge and experience with critical infrastructure technologies including DDI, Authentication Services, PKI, Encryption, Tokenization, Key Management.
Experience with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, KANBAN), Confluence, and JIRA; ability to manage global distributed teams and lead product operating model transformations.
