Lead and mentor a team of BMS Pre-sales engineers to ensure high-quality design, engineering, and estimation deliverables across AMER Controls Pre-Sales.
Own POD performance by managing workload, resource planning, and achieving KPIs related to quality, productivity, delivery, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
Standardize and improve engineering and estimation processes while ensuring compliance with tender, regional, and organizational standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical preferred).
13+ years experience in BMS domain, including 2-3 years leading a team.
Experience in BMS Controls industry and AMER-based controls pre-sales opportunities.
Proficient with design and estimation tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, Excel; familiarity with SFDC or similar sales tracking systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with strong technical expertise in BMS control systems and pre-sales engineering delivery.
Capable of managing cross-functional collaboration with sales, field engineering, and internal teams to meet customer commitments.
