Oversee engineering and maintenance activities to ensure 100% uptime of all critical facility equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC services and ensure preventive maintenance planning and execution.

Minimum Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering mandatory.
6 to 8 years of corporate-level facility management or engineering experience required.
On-site work location at Gurugram, Haryana; knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements essential.
Experience with tendering, service improvement initiatives, client reporting, electrical/UPS circuits, air-conditioning, DG set operations, and troubleshooting necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing facility operations within multinational corporate environments under 24x7 settings.
Capable of technical vendor coordination, preventive maintenance strategy, and handling client and landlord technical interactions.
Proven ability to prepare management reports, conduct technical team training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
