Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with Amgen's policies and internal controls.
Identify, flag, and escalate policy violations and compliance risks in expense submissions.
Document audit findings, contribute to reporting, support new audit rule implementations, and assist with user inquiries via ServiceNow.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
1-3 years of financial operations experience, including travel and expense administration or related finance functions.
Familiarity with audit or compliance functions in GxP or highly regulated industries.
Experience with T&E policies and management systems mandatory; knowledge of SAP, SAP Concur, or ServiceNow is preferred.
