Own and lead both service governance and hands-on AWS site reliability engineering for data platform applications, ensuring operational readiness, resilience, and process leadership.
Manage application handovers and service catalogues, define operational models including SLAs, security procedures, and business continuity plans.
Improve AWS infrastructure reliability and automation, participate in incident response, and apply SRE best practices to reduce operational toil and improve service quality.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services relevant to data platforms including IAM, VPC, S3, EC2, KMS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Secrets Manager, STS; practical knowledge of infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
Experience establishing or improving operational models including service handovers, service levels, business continuity, disaster recovery, and security-control processes.

Skilled at defining clear, practical cross-team operating agreements with stakeholders across business, security, application, and infrastructure functions.
