Oversee GL coding and posting of non-PO and non-billable vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage travel and expense claims compliance and support the internal and external audit process with journal entries and expense accruals.
Lead reporting activities including AP aging, intercompany billings, and support freelance processing and national statistics preparation.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: 6-9 years in AP and GL accounting with US GAAP knowledge.
Immediate joiners only; work location in Gurgaon or Hyderabad with hybrid model (3 days office/week).
Mandatory skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with US GAAP, PO processes, travel and expense support.
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced finance professional skilled in transaction processing under US GAAP and controls (SOX) compliance.
Comfortable managing multiple finance operations tasks including dispute resolution and reporting in a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with ERP/BI tools (Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, Hyperion) and handling audit schedules and complex journal entries.
