Own end-to-end process design and implementation for new and evolving digital banking customer journeys, focusing on operational resilience and measurable outcomes.
Lead impact assessments on product launches to identify and address operational, risk, and control implications.
Develop, maintain, and optimize practical, automated process maps with clear linkages to risks and controls using BPMN tools like Signavio, facilitating cross-functional alignment and formal approvals.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, business process management, or transformation.
Experience in UK and EU retail banking sectors including digital channels (e.g., onboarding, payments, lending, cards, fraud, financial crime).
Hands-on experience with BPMN and process modeling tools such as Signavio or ARIS.
Ability to lead cross-functional sessions and apply risk and controls mindset to identify and partner on control gaps.
