Own the end-to-end client relationship, serving as primary liaison and ensuring quality and timeliness of litigation support projects.
Manage full project life cycle including scheduling, quality assurance, scope changes, and workflow improvements using eDiscovery tools like Relativity and LAW.
Coordinate production staff and client communications, solve project problems proactively, and support sales team in client meetings.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or JD Degree required.
Minimum 7+ years of eDiscovery project management experience, vendor experience preferred.
Proficient with Digital Reef, Relativity LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance or equivalent review database applications.
Strong working knowledge of document imaging, electronic data processing, MS Office including MS Access; available for overtime and reachable outside office hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder eDiscovery projects under tight deadlines with high-quality standards.
Skilled in technical eDiscovery workflows, scripting (Relativity Scripts), and working across production teams to optimize resource allocation.
Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, problem solving, negotiation, and communication with a consultative approach in a high-pressure environment.
