Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a payments portal, including strategy, delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization.
Define and maintain product roadmap aligning with customer needs, business objectives, operational goals, and regulatory requirements.
Drive merchant and payee self-service capabilities such as payout tracking, account management, reporting, and reconciliation while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure secure, compliant payout experiences.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in digital product management.
MBA/Master’s degree from Tier-1 Institutions and Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
Experience in multinational organizations preferably in fintech, payments, banking, or management consultancy.
Proven experience with payment gateways, POS systems, e-commerce platforms, or acquiring banks; hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep understanding of payout ecosystems including ACH, Faster Payments, RTP, SEPA, domestic and cross-border payment rails.
Experience leading large cross-functional teams involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of payment orchestration, banking integrations, APIs, event-driven architectures, and treasury/liquidity management related to merchant payouts.
