Manage a large, moderately complex commercial credit and collections portfolio, delivering tailored solutions and maintaining client relationships.
Evaluate credit and collection applications using financial analysis and scoring methodologies to secure credit decisions and release blocked sales orders.
Drive accounts receivable process improvements, cash application optimization, dispute resolution, and support credit risk assessment through risk committee participation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent; CA/CMA/MBA mandatory.
Minimum 5 years progressive post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in commercial finance.
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Onsite role requiring full-time presence at company facilities, office-based 3+ days/week.

Experienced in managing complex commercial finance portfolios with a focus on credit risk and collections strategy.
Skilled in financial analysis, credit scoring methodologies (Philips scoring methodology), and credit policy implementation.
