Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize production server hardware and software including cloud services.
Conduct root cause analysis, monitor system and application health using tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and execute action plans based on customer feedback.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in application support, technical customer support, problem management, databases, programming, or software development.
Must have advanced Linux troubleshooting skills; Python and Bash scripting knowledge is required.
Preferred certifications include Oracle (OCP, OCA), SQL Server Certified Engineer, and experience with Prometheus and Grafana; certification is not mandatory.
