Lead and manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations including platform health, service delivery, automation, and compliance across enterprise scale environments.
Oversee IAM governance including audit readiness, risk posture, incident management, and operational improvements prioritizing automation and self-service to reduce manual effort.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT Risk, Security, Infrastructure, and vendors to maintain and enhance IAM platform standards, technical strategy, and team capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years experience in IAM or related security/identity platform operations, including minimum 5 years in team leadership and service delivery roles.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience managing large scale IAM services in complex, multi-region, enterprise environments.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and operational management including incident, problem, change, and request management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing onshore and offshore teams with a track record of delivering measurable automation, operational rigor, and compliance in IAM.
Strong communicator able to translate complex technical IAM concepts for senior management and stakeholders, with prior experience in audit and regulatory control environments.
Strategic operator with expertise balancing reliability, security, user experience, and driving standardization and continuous improvement in IAM workflows including privileged access and Zero Trust principles.
