Manage and develop Java backend services including design, implementation, and maintenance using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

Minimum Requirements
10+ years hands-on experience with Java and React technologies.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate or Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, RESTful APIs, and SQL/PLSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ) and developer tools including IDEs, Git, Maven/Gradle, and testing frameworks like JUnit.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Experience in matrixed organizations and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, distributed, low latency large-scale applications with strong OOP design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS).
Able to manage senior stakeholder communication and deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines.
Knowledge or experience with cloud platforms (GCP including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE) and containerization tools like Docker is desirable.
