Own day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation across high-volume payment streams involving partner businesses and Data Collectors/Field Officers.
Process and verify thousands of weekly small payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies before payouts.
Maintain detailed financial records, prepare reports, and coordinate with Ops and city teams for payout validations.
Minimum Requirements
0–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or finance operations.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets features like SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables for large dataset handling.
Basic accounting knowledge (ledgers, reconciliation) and a B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree.
Comfortable working with high transaction volumes and maintaining accuracy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with high transaction volume environments and maintaining detailed financial records.
Familiarity with payroll, vendor payments, or gig marketplace payouts (preferred but not mandatory).
Comfortable verifying and reconciling payments across multiple teams and locations in a fast-paced, scaling operation.
