Lead design and implementation of API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft technologies including Mule 4, DataWeave 2.x, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub/Runtime Fabric.
Develop and maintain integrations for healthcare domains, leveraging HL7 v2, FHIR, EMR/EHR, LIMS systems, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and PHI regulations.
Manage production support and troubleshooting activities with focus on fault-tolerant, robust error handling integrations and use of cloud messaging and monitoring tools such as AWS SQS/SNS/EventBridge and Splunk or CloudWatch.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience.
MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Architect certification.
Strong expertise in MuleSoft stack (Mule 4, DataWeave 2.x, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Exchange, CloudHub/Runtime Fabric).
Experience with healthcare domain technologies: HL7 v2, FHIR, EMR/EHR, and knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in healthcare or related life sciences integration projects, especially using MuleSoft in complex environments involving EMR/EHR systems like Epic.
Proficient in designing scalable, fault-tolerant API-led architectures with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-native tooling.
Comfortable managing production-grade integrations with strong expertise in cloud services (AWS messaging and monitoring), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
