Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of overall software development experience.
5+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years with Lightning/LWC and 1+ year in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
2+ years as a technical lead and 2+ years experience in data science and Python programming; 1+ year experience with ChatGPT and prompt engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead with strong skills in Salesforce customization, integrations (SOAP & REST), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce security models.
Proficient in both Salesforce CRM domains (Sales, Service, Community Clouds) and data integration using SSIS with analytical problem-solving ability.
Comfortable operating in Agile and Waterfall environments, capable of mentoring teams and representing offshore teams while managing complex technology initiatives involving AI like Salesforce Einstein and GPT.
