Own operational security duties including monitoring performance, availability, log analysis, incident detection and response across the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Manage and administer security tools, perform lifecycle management (patching, updates, break-fix), and handle escalated security incidents end-to-end.
Work as part of a 24/7 rotational shift team to ensure security service delivery and collaborate with Platform and Content Engineering on tuning, reporting, and stakeholder needs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
Moderate experience in security technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy), SOC/CSIRT operations, incident handling, and security engineering.
Experience with security tools implementation and monitoring, log collection, and configuration/management of controls like Firewall, EDR, NDR, SOAR, etc.
Workplace requirement: On-site working.

Demonstrates operational expertise in security tool administration and incident response within an enterprise-scale environment.
Experienced in layered security architecture and cross-technology security engineering with an analytical approach to troubleshooting.
