Develop and implement the DevSecOps and Application Security strategy integrated with agile practices across engineering teams.
Support application teams in onboarding security tools, troubleshoot integrations, and assist with security vulnerability remediation including GenAI model scanning.
Deliver security reporting and documentation; support audit processes and continuously improve DevSecOps and Application Security processes and tooling.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
12 to 15 years of relevant experience in software development, application security, and SDLC.
Experience with application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, Container security) and modern CI/CD, DevSecOps best practices.
Hybrid work model: expected to work 4 days/week from base office location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in software development with technologies like Java, .Net, Python, Node.js and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
Proven ability to partner with development teams to influence adoption and operationalization of Application Security and DevSecOps practices without direct authority.
Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code principles for hybrid cloud environments.
