Set technical direction to anticipate strategic needs and mitigate risks, while simplifying system designs.
Lead incident management (SEV1 and below), mentor engineers up to Senior level, and coordinate across global teams including Bangalore, US, and Cashalo.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of experience building web APIs, preferably with Java and Spring Boot.
Deep experience with financial systems involving state machines and complex lifecycles.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and queue-based architectures.
Work Experience Required: 9+ years. Location: Bangalore (Hybrid).

Demonstrated ability to scale consumer financial products with high transaction volumes and take end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
