Lead and deliver moderately complex software engineering initiatives within DevOps and SRE domains, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
Design, implement, and manage automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud/platform engineering solutions to optimize operational processes and platform scalability.
Mentor junior engineers, conduct architecture discussions, and collaborate with global teams while ensuring security, compliance, and observability standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud resource lifecycle management.
Work Experience Required: 4+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers within DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering environments.
Strong hands-on knowledge in automation, CI/CD design and implementation, and observability tools.
Comfortable working with complex technical challenges involving datacenter migration strategies, message queue systems (NDM, Autosys, MQ, Kafka), and secure software delivery practices.
