Lead and manage multiple platform teams focused on site reliability engineering (SRE), production operations, and operational excellence to ensure platform availability, resiliency, incident management, and automation.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to enforce secure, scalable, and compliant technology services.
Own operational strategy, incident command, risk management, vendor and financial management, and talent development for globally distributed systems operations teams supporting mission-critical platforms.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience.
7+ years of technology operations experience including platform support, production support, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
3+ years of leadership experience managing large technology operations teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
