Lead and manage a team responsible for build, release engineering, source code administration, and sandbox tooling for large-scale HPE Networking systems, with hands-on involvement in code and infrastructure.
Own and execute the architecture and scalability of enterprise-wide CI/CD, source code management, and sandbox platforms, driving DevSecOps strategy and best practices including SBOM and VEX generation.
Drive AI/ML-driven automation adoption, lead incident management, root cause analysis, and influence organizational DevSecOps maturity and standards across teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
15-20 years experience in build/release engineering or infrastructure engineering for large-scale systems with leadership roles while remaining technically engaged.
5+ years managing engineering teams with direct coding, design review, or production troubleshooting involvement.
Proven expertise with enterprise-scale CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), source code management (Gerrit, SVN, Gitlab, GitHub), and experience in supply chain security integration including SBOM and VEX.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams in complex, multi-repository environments while maintaining technical depth and hands-on contribution.
Demonstrates ability to architect and operate large-scale CI/CD and source code management platforms delivering for critical networking products (JUNOS, EVO).
Strong track record driving cross-functional initiatives to improve DevSecOps maturity and operational reliability with coding expertise in Python, Bash, Go and Linux systems troubleshooting.
