Lead Agile delivery teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing sprint impediments.
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices to enable high performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog management and ensure Agile governance compliance.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles.
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or RTC and metrics tracking (velocity, burndown).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in Financial Services domain preferred, with additional preference for ETF, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking exposure.
Demonstrated servant leadership mindset focused on team effectiveness and Agile maturity.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced Agile environments.
