Oversee and ensure quality delivery of the Rural Livelihoods Programme activities across demonstration blocks, including PwD identification, SHG enrolment, livelihood initiation, and government scheme linkages.
Manage and mentor a field team comprising 1 Block Coordinator, 5 Field Officers, and 5 Divyang Mitras with regular coaching, data verification, and challenge resolution to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Lead the implementation of skill training sessions, coordinate disability access camps, support market linkages, and ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of field progress and data quality.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of experience in rural livelihoods, SHG-based programmes or community development with at least 2 years in supervisory or team management roles.
Experience working with government livelihood systems like MSRLM, NRLM at block or district level.
Proficiency in PMIS/MIS systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Ability to communicate clearly in Marathi and Hindi; comfortable reporting in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing field teams across multiple villages and communities with a focus on achieving measurable livelihood outcomes for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
Familiar with government schemes and livelihood support systems in Maharashtra and capable of establishing convergence with departments like NABARD and Agriculture.
Practiced in hands-on operational management involving frequent field visits, data verification, mentoring, and timely reporting to senior leadership.
