Manage client finance and accounting tasks at the site level for a commercial property at Bandra Kurla Complex.
Handle vendor invoice processing, approval, payments, and vendor reconciliation biannually.
Prepare and monitor financial reports including expense reconciliations, tenant collections, budgets, and credit/default proceedings.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Commerce.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency with accounting software; knowledge of Tally and GAAP is desirable.
On-site work location: Mumbai; Scheduled weekly hours: 48.

Strong analytical and meticulous with attention to detail in financial management and record keeping.
