Product Owner - Data Assets Platform

Lead prioritization and delivery of data and analytics platform capabilities supporting scalable data access, governed analytics, and AI-enabled use cases across Process Development.

Own end-to-end product management for a defined product area, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform strategy and improvements in processes.

Collaborate with business, technical, and delivery stakeholders to define platform needs and ensure delivery readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience OR Master's degree with 3 years relevant experience OR Doctorate degree with relevant experience.

Experience owning or supporting data, analytics, or digital platform products in a complex enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, metadata, governance, and analytics workflows.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years as per qualification level specified.

Experienced in managing data and analytics platform products within complex enterprise or regulated environments such as biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.

Skilled in Agile product management with the ability to synthesize multi-stakeholder feedback into actionable backlog prioritization and delivery.

Familiar with cloud data ecosystems (e.g., Databricks, Redshift, Snowflake), SQL, APIs, and AI/machine learning-enabled workflows.
